I’m Karey, and “Verse” is a nod to my love of music, particularly Pearl Jam’s Versus album, which inspires me creatively.

Having been in the industry for 20 years, capturing the animation and playfulness of children is an unbeatable combination that produces moments families love.

Each family or child l meet continues to inspire me to capture their smiles at play, their personalities and the delight of their laughter when connecting with each other.

Starting my career with PixiFoto (if you are old enough to remember who they are?!), I learned much about what families are looking for in professional photographs.

These beginning saw me travel across Australia & New Zealand, furthering my career in the UK and Sydney. Gaining this valuable experience taught me how to make photography sessions relaxed and fun, where children and adults feel at ease in front of the camera.

Apart from my loved ones, nothing gives me more joy than knowing l am connecting families with special moments, through images.

After many years in the business, l know that capturing natural, candid photographs that depicts everyone’s personality, takes a special skill. My team and I have the knowledge, abilities and energy to ensure this is achieved.
