Your child must be registered or we will not be able to take their photo.
Photos with cousins or friends, must have written consent from both families either via email or on the registration.
Session fee is non refundable, unless we can not photograph your child, either due to non attendance or they won’t participate.
There will not be any alternative dates for photos.
Several photos will be taken (dependant on the cooperation of each child). A gallery of these photos will be emailed to each family who registered to make your purchase and select your free 5″x7″.
Additional packages, including Christmas cards are available for purchase.
We will supply Santa hats, reindeer ears available for children to wear.
If you do not wish for them to wear any of these also note on your registration form.
Our style of photography is as what is advertised – an Australian beach theme – please ensure your children are dressed ready for photos on the day.
We can ask educators to change them out of their Christmas outfit after we have finished.
Verse Photography will not use any images for promotional purposes unless the parent/guardian filling in this registration form has given permission to do so.
Every effort is made to ensure all children are kept safe during the photography session.
At all times, a member of the Explorers team will be present & therefore we do not accept any responsibility should an accident occur.
Verse Photography staff all hold a valid Working With Children’s Check.
All images are stored on encrypted hard drives and loaded to a secure cloud storage service where galleries are emailed to each family directly.
We use two factor authentication to protect these galleries.
